What is Emotional Support?
Many women carry far more than others realize.
We manage the schedules, responsibilities, relationships, worries, and the endless mental load of daily life - often while quietly carrying physical pain, grief, exhaustion overwhelm, or major life changes of our own.
Over time, it can become easy to lose touch with ourselves.
Sometimes what we need most is not advice or pressure to "fix" everything, but simply a space where we can speak honestly, feel heard, and no longer carry it all alone.
I have spent decades listening to and supporting women through my massage practice. Emotional Support Sessions offer that same thoughtful presence and care in a private Zoom setting.
I offer a space where you can set down your burdens and speak as plainly as you would like about them. A space where you can set down what you've been carrying and simply breathe.
These sessions are conversational and reflective in nature - a quiet, supportive space where you can talk openly about what is weighing on your heart and mind without judgment or pressure.
