It turns out I have been practicing hypnosis for many years, without any formal training. Every time I have done a guided imagery relaxation exercise with a client, it has been hypnosis. I never believed hypnosis was so simple and profound.
Hypnosis is the condition of being fully present, fully alert and aware while being deeply relaxed. In this state your mind is open to hearing, and accepting, the positive words it needs. It is a pathway around the negative self-talk we all do.
With training I now have the tools to make hypnosis an even more powerful tool to help you move toward healing. Leading you on the same guided meditation with the clear intention of making suggestions to motivate you can be very empowering for you.
Some situations can be addressed in one or two sessions. Do you have a test coming up that you are anxious about? Do you suffer from driving anxiety? Do you have an event to attend that makes your palms sweat when you think about it? Some things will require multiple sessions. Weight loss and smoking cessation generally need you to be 100% determined. Packages will be available when that makes sense for you.
Ideal clients for hypnosis are highly motivated to make lasting change in their life. They will show up for appointments, they will show up for themselves.
Hypnosis therapy is available virtually and in person. I am offering combined massage and hypnosis appointments as well.
